So everything has in fact changed. It’s funny to me how September is consistantly a time of change. I should have known that after the wild, wild summer would come a dull, busy fall.

I’m usually at UALR for 11 to 13 hours a day during the week. I’m taking the hardest class ever, language theory, which deals mainly with linguistics and discourse analysis. The class I’m teaching is fun, but involves a lot of prep work.

I bought a house that I love, but I have no time to work on it, let alone finish moving in. I’m living with a best friend and an ex-boyfriend. Trust me, it’s not as bad as it sounds, though I miss living alone.

Here’s the money shot:

Otherwise I’ve been quite crabby and irritable lately–a trend that I hope will subside when September ends, or when people and places stop disappointing me.
